Dance with Us Tomorrow, Live!

As we await to return to the studio, we are hosting online lessons so you can start or continue to learn in the comfort of your home. Tomorrow's 10:15am Live lesson will break down the routine in the video below, step by step. You will not need heels, just some floor space and comfy clothes. Carpeting is preferred if you do not have knee pads, or you can use a yoga mat for the knee work.

This class is free for our Membership clients, or pay what you can for all others. Starting Monday, we will have a more robust online learning schedule. We hope to help you stay healthy and reduce your stress levels by joining in. We all need a little ESCAPE even if we are stuck in the house, lock yourself in a separate room or play the kids favorite movie and we'll see you then!
